What the college says

Students will deepen their understanding of the interrelationship between performer, designer and director. They will analyse and evaluate their work and the work of others; they will understand how performance texts can be interpreted and performed; they will develop and apply an informed, analytical framework for making, performing, interpreting and understanding drama and theatre. This course will enable students to understand practices used in 21st-century theatre making as well as experience a range of opportunities to create theatre, both published text-based and devised work. Theatre trips will take place to contextualise learning.
