What the college says

Teaching and learning stems from a deep rooted knowledge of the Early Years Statuary Framework and current legislation. The EYFS is embedded in all units of study. We include sector specific and legislative training such as safeguarding, food safety, behaviour and other quality in practise courses to meet the needs of the employers and the requirements of OFSTED. The level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) prepares you to become an Early Years Educator, enabling you to work with the children from birth to 5 years and gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years. Our Apprenticeships can be delivered in a variety of ways, on the job, evening workshops, distant learning and an e-portfolio. We have a dedicated team of tutors and assessors who offer pastoral support as well as learning guidance. Upon achievement of this qualification you will be able to enter the workforce as an Early Years Educator.
