A course for creative people who would like to hone performance, text interpretation and/or design skills. It is a great confidence builder and will improve communication and literacy. It marries well with other humanities and arts subjects, particularly English literature, language, media and history as well as music, music tech, textiles and art. Learners do not need GCSE or previous experience to take the qualification. You will either build on existing skills or build new skills from scratch.

What you need to get on

Minimum of 5 good grades at GCSE, including English and maths at a strong pass

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
