What you need to get on
To take on this course you will need: 160 GCSE entry points and Grade 3 Maths and Grade 3 English To demonstrate good attendance and timekeeping the ability to meet deadlines and have excellent skills development To have a creative flair a genuine interest in the barbering industry good personal presentation and communication skillsWe welcome applicants who are already working in the industry and are looking to gain a new qualification.
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
