What you need to get on
Five GCSEs at grade 4 or above including an art subject and English Language or a UAL Level 2 Diploma/First Diploma. It may be possible to start without a GCSE in an artbased subject by submission of a portfolio at interview. We would like to see the following in a portfolio: good drawing skills from life, creative page layouts for graphics, the ability to discuss the work of artists, designers and makers, examples of 3D work where possible, sketchbooks from Year 11 onwards, evidence of a visit
