This qualification aims to: � enable learners to develop basic skills in sewing with textiles � provide learners with underpinning knowledge of the craft process � provide learners with a basis for progression into further study in craft-related areasThis course covers the textiles pathway of the qualification. Learners will study Patchwork, Quilting techniques, Appliqu�, and Embroidery to design and make a textile item.Please note: If you are unemployed/in receipt of eligible benefits or in receipt of a low wage (less than �26,800 annual gross salary) you should be eligible to take this course for free.
