Level 3 Mathematical Studies (Core Maths) is a new qualification designed for students who enjoy maths but do not want to follow the traditional A level maths course. This is a one year course designed to consolidate students' mathematical understanding and build their confidence and competence in applying mathematical techniques to solve a range of problems as well as introducing them to new techniques and concepts. It supports courses such as A-level Psychology, Sciences, Economics and Geography as well as technical and vocational qualifications.

What you need to get on
