Community Smart 5 x 2 hour sessions Community Course This course is for adults who wish to improve their confidence and understanding of how to use public transport, how to find out about local activities and facilities, how to find your way around - including using technology and how to be a good neighbour to work towards developing their skills in other ways such as independent living, employment, volunteering or community engagement. The purpose of this course is to develop understanding of how to get the most out of our local area, including how to find out what is available to us, how to move around and how to be a good neighbour. This is an online or face to face course where you’ll learn together and take part in practical group activities, all in a relaxed and friendly environment.
