This Level 2 certificate course is for those interested in gaining greater knowledge and awareness of the mental health concerns that many children and young people are currently experiencing. On this course you will: Learn about children and young people s mental health in context Explore factors which may affect children and young people s mental health Develop your awareness of children and young people s mental health concerns and the impact of these concerns Learn how to support children and young people with mental health concerns

What you need to get on

To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date. You must have a minimum of Level 1 English and I.T skills (Level 2 English skills desirable). You will be required to complete a course application form and attend a short interview for approval for the course.
