The Level 1 Bricklaying Certificate is designed to introduce you to the essential skills needed for a future career in the bricklaying industry. You’ll train in our fully equipped construction workshops, where you’ll learn how to build garden walls, practice basic bricklaying techniques, construct cavity walling for houses, and understand how to read drawings and set out buildings accurately. Alongside practical skills, you’ll also develop the hand skills and tool competence required by the industry. You will study a range of theory and employability units to help prepare you for progression into work or further training/
