This qualification will help students have a good understanding of the general construction industry and its relation to the brickwork industry, as well as how to work in a safe, professional manner to an accepted code of practice. By incorporating functional skills into the student’s daily routine, they will have an understanding of how to carry out work proficiently in the brickwork trade, including adhering to relevant health and safety regulations and estimating material requirements and pricing of the work.
