The Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce is a work-based learning qualification which covers the knowledge and skills necessary to be a competent Level 3 practitioner within an early-years setting.

What you need to get on

We will work with you to determine your suitability for the qualification. This will involve the completion of initial assessments for Maths and English. If not working in an early years setting then a voluntary placement must be obtained and completed weekly for at least 12 hours per week.
