What the college says
This course provides learners with an insght into a career in childcare. Through a combination of face-to-face taught lessons and a work experience placement in a nursery, learners are able to develop key skills, knowledge and behaviours required to work with young children, and then apply these skills in a real life working environment. Learners will also attend lessons with employers and experienced childcare practitioners to ensure they have the knowledge to make informed decisions about their next steps.
