This course if for anyone 19+ who is involved as a volunteer or who has a lay leadership role (licenced or not-yet licenced) in the Exeter Diocese, and who is wanting to develop their leadership skills and gain a Level 2 qualification in Team Leading. What you need to get on

As this course leads to the NCFE Team Leading (Level 2) Certificate qualification you will be asked to complete a brief interview with the tutor (via Teams/Zoom) and to submit a short piece of writing (as an Initial Skills check) before enrolling on the course in order to ensure this course is right for you. You will need to provide evidence of where you will undertake around 2-3 hours per week volunteer or lay leadership hours within the diocese between January and July 2026.
