"Leadership takes many forms, and a good leader can be an influence for a lifetime. This online Level 2 Team Leader course aims to equip you with the skills and confidence to lead effectively and tackle common challenges in people management. You will learn the principles of team leading, how to use different styles of leadership to enhance your team's performance, and how to motivate team members to get the best out of them. This is an online self-study course supported by fortnightly workshops with a tutor, held online. Learners will have individual start and end dates. A pre-course interview is required. "
