Our Principles of Team Leading free online course will support you to have a better understanding of being a good leader. Leadership takes many forms, and a good leader can influence. It will provide you with the skills and confidence to lead effectively including some of the common challenges in people management. It gives learners an understanding of principles of team leading, different styles of leadership, enhancing your team’s performance and how to motivate your team.
What you need to get on
Aged 19+ as of 31st August 2024. Lived in the EU for 3 years. Available fully funded. Do not hold the same qualification.
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
