This exciting course will prepare you for employment in a Cabin Crew role. You will learn, develop and practice the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the aviation sector. The programme contains 10 core units which are: Working as Cabin Crew Aircraft Emergency Situations Dealing With Passengers on Board an Aircraft Cabin Service – Selling Techniques Making Passenger Announcements on Board an Aircraft Health and Safety in Aviation Aviation Security Aviation Communication Customer Service in Aviation Problem Solving in Aviation You will also get involved in lifesaving activities such as firefighting and emergency evacuations, which also includes aviation medical procedures. As part of the course you will visit the training centre at British Airways.
