This qualification aims to promote your social awareness and good practice of equality and diversity in any setting, including the workplace, the community, at home and in society. The course will cover issues surrounding stereotyping, prejudice and discrimination, as well as the laws that protect basic human rights. Suitable for: This course is designed for anyone who wants to learn more about equality, diversity and inclusion and their own rights, as well as those in the workplace who would like more of an awareness to support colleagues and customers. Course units: Unit 1: Equality and diversity in society Unit 2: Equality and diversity in the community Unit 3: Equality and diversity in the workplace You will ideally need to have access to Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Publisher and PowerPoint as you may need to download and edit documents for your online course.
