Cambridge Technical qualification in Business develops students’ core skills and understanding of the requirements of the business sector. Students gain hands-on experience and have the opportunity to focus on specific topics such as human resources, marketing, accounting and business planning Units covered (as an example) Unit 1 – The Business Environment. Why are businesses run and what influences decisions made – This is the platform for all the other units. Unit 2 – Working in Business – You will develop a practical awareness of the skills needed by employees if a business is to be successful. Unit 3 – Business Decisions – You will develop the skills to make business decisions, analysing and processing information to make informed choices Unit 4 – Customer and Communications – Purpose, method and importance of business communication and how this is used with customers.
