BTEC Sport qualifications enable students to become occupationally ready to take up employment in the sport sector either straight from college or after Higher Education. We offer three BTEC Sport qualifications, the Extended Diploma (3 A Level equivalent), National Diploma (2 A Level equivalent) and the Extended Certificate (1 A Level equivalent). These courses will provide you with meaningful work experience, which relates to your chosen career.
What you need to get on
Minimum of five GCSE grades 9-4 (or A*-C) Including either English or Maths. OR Level 2 Vocational Programme at Merit or above (e.g. BTEC/NVQ/OCR National) PLUS three GCSEs 9-4 (or A*-C) including either English or Maths.

One subject in depth, assessed largely through coursework and projects.
