What the college says
Sport is a growing multi-billion pound industry with many diverse careers in performance, coaching and leadership, development and use of science and the media. This applied qualification will give learners the opportunity to study many of these areas at an advanced level in preparation for further education or the workplace. Mandatory units include: Anatomy and physiology, fitness training and programming for health, sport and well-being, application of fitness training and investigating the business in sport and leisure industry.
What you need to get on
5+ GCSEs graded 4-9, including 4+ in both Maths, English and a Science.

One subject in depth, assessed largely through coursework and projects.
