Why study this subject? This course offers a comprehensive introduction and exploration of performance and musical theatre in the form of practical workshops and skills development. You will regularly have the opportunity to work on productions, student devised work or showcases. This is a practical, work-related course, requiring imagination, sensitivity and the ability to get on well with others. You will learn by completing projects and assignments that are based on realistic workplace situations, activities and demands.

What you need to get on

STS Sixth Form offers a broad range of A Level and Applied general qualifications that will prepare you for university or employment. To access this route, you will need to have at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English and Maths; however, some subjects have specific entry criteria. Additional Entry Requirements An arts subject at grade 4 or above is preferred.
