Computing BTEC is a subject that will appeal to students who are interested in a future working with computers or in a related area such as Project Management, Cybersecurity, Electronics or even Engineering. It is a very 'hands on' subject that focuses on computer programming, as well as the theoretical understanding of how computers work. During the course, students will be assessed on their ability to apply computational-thinking skills to solve problems as well as their knowledge and understanding of how computer systems work.
