Students will have 1 mandatory and 2 optional assessment units and must pass all units. Students will be able to specialise in any of the following: • Acting Skills • Dance Skills • Or Musical Theatre Skills BTEC in Performing Arts is a flexible and creative course that allows students to develop their technical performing arts skills through a process of critical evaluation, practice and review. The specification will allow students to continually revisit their approaches to making and understanding performing arts and specialise in a field of their choice.
