The Level 1 Diploma is the natural progression from the Multi Craft. You will learn vital Bricklaying skills from experts in the sector and will be taught how to understand working drawings, types of structures, use of different Bricklaying materials as well as how to conduct yourself and others on building sites. This unit is a foundation for the Diploma level 2 course. The main topics covered within this qualification are: - Up to date Health & Safety requirements essential for working on a building site, including an exam 201. - Principles of building - foundations, drawings, materials and hatching all used on building sites - Types of Bricklaying materials, bonds and wall structures. - Cavity walls, brick and block application - Understand working drawings
What you need to get on
Completion of multi craft course along with suitable reference and interview.

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
