This course is for anyone who is interested in science or specifically biology. Generally, students will take other sciences or mathematics as well. There are many areas of biology covered including biochemistry, cells, biodiversity, physiology, metabolism, microbiology, homeostasis, genetics, evolution and the environment. What you need to get on

A minimum of five GCSE’s at level 6, including a level 6 in dual award science or a 6 in GCSE biology. Students will also need to have an average of 5.5 points from their GCSEs.
