The Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy cover a wide range of topics. Some of these include: anatomy and physiology, chemistry, customer and client care, colouring, cutting, perming, facial and body electrotherapy treatments and Swedish massage. We have brand new hair and beauty salons offering the very latest in technology and academic opportunity. The Level 3 Massage, Facial and Body Electrotherapy course we offer has been accredited as a technical A Level equivalent. Job opportunities are vast ranging from salon work to cruise liners, spas, hair and makeup artistry, TV and film work, international sales, marketing and advertising, product development and manufacture or owning their own business.
What you need to get on
At least 5 4-9 GCSE grades (or A*-C legacy GCSE grades) with a minimum of 4 or above in GCSE English and GCSE Science
How you are assessed
Two-year technical qualification with a 45-day industry placement. Equivalent to three A levels.
