This is a friendly, relaxed, and informative weekly course where I will share with you my enthusiasm for baking. The recipes are easily achievable, some recipes may have some challenging techniques but nothing you can’t achieve. The recipes can be easily adapted to suit your own tastes. The Theme is “Baking Around the world” creating new recipes to share with the family, during the sessions we will cover, bread, cakes, pastry, biscuits and more. Furthermore, you will get the chance to choose a couple of recipes as a group towards the end of the course.
