What the college says

You will gain real experience and knowledge of working as a teaching assistant or support staff, you will learn from highly skilled staff in a specialist training environment, the majority of time will be spent on placement with Trinity Academy or one of our partner schools. You will work either three or four days in your placement school, providing the best opportunity to learn from education proffessionals. Students will then come together one day per week at Trinity Academy to complete course work. This course could lead to progression to an apprenticeship programme or employment. This course may include Functional Skills or GCSE Maths and English depending on previous qualifications.
