The emphasis in this course is learning by doing. You will be able to create imaginative personal work. During yourA Level course you will find out about a whole range of different media, techniques and processes. From charcoalto computers, you just cannot have enough ideas when it comes to expressing yourself. The course is based onhands-on experience. It is the work you produce that counts.
What you need to get on
Students should have achieved 5 GCSEs at grade 9 - 5 including English and Maths with a grade 6 in either Art, Photography, Textiles or Graphics
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
