What the college says
This course has been designed for students who are not studying Mathematics A Level but would like to further develop their mathematics skills to support achievement in other subjects or success at University. Our Core Mathematics course will include topics such as statistics, probability, advanced calculations and modelling. It will help you to develop your own mathematics thinking and problem-solving skills.
What you need to get on
At least 5 GCSEs, or equivalent at grade 4 or above including Mathematics at grade 4. English Language 4.
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
