Our Level 3 Animal Management qualification is designed to help you progress onto direct employent in an animal-related industry or onto further study at university. During this engaging qualification you'll study a range of mandatory topics including Animal Health and Husbandry, Animal Feeding and Nutrition, Animal Behaviour and Communication, Biological Systems of Animals, and Animal Welfare and Breeding. You'll also study topics like Exotic Animal Health and Husbandry, Aquatics Welfare and Breed Development, Avian Health and Husbandry and Zoological Collections. You'll develop your knowledge of business with an Business Management in the Land-Based Sector topic and develop your customer service skills with a Customer Care and Retail Merchandising topic. Once you've completed the mandatory topics, you'll have the opportunity to study optional units such as Wildlife and Ecology Conservation, Wildlife Management and Rehabilitation or Animal Training.
