The Advanced Apprenticeship in Accounting provides a solid base for Learners to build their accounting career. This programme is ideal for those wishing to progress as an audit trainee, insolvency executive, payroll supervisor, or those entering an accounting career through a host of similar roles. In this qualification you will master more complex financial processes, including accounts preparation, Advanced bookkeeping, spreadsheets software, final accounts for sole traders and partnerships, costs and revenues and professional ethics. This qualification is worth 160 UCAS points if you are considering going on to study at university.
What you need to get on
As this programme is a progression from the level 2 in Accounting, Learners will need to have completed this Level 2 programme, or be able to demonstrate equivalent skills to this qualification.
How you are assessed
Two-year technical qualification with a 45-day industry placement. Equivalent to three A levels.
