Accounting Technicians are the skilled support staff working in accounting and finance. The role covers a wide range of occupations from Accounts Assistants to Financial Managers in the public sector, industry and commerce as well as accounting practices. The AAT Education and Training Scheme is designed for those who already work in an accounting or financial environment or would like to. Students can commence study at the Certificate level with no previous accounting experience.
