This qualification is intended for those either working or aspiring to work, in a bookkeeping position. Following successful completion of this qualification you will be able to progress onto accounting level 2 or join one of our level 3 bookkeeping courses.This course will run once a week, on Tuesday, from 09.30am - 16.15pm , at our Bury St Edmunds Learning Centre.
What you need to get on
Unlike other qualifications there are no entry requirements with AAT and you don't need relevant work experience. This means that this course is ideal if you are leaving school, returning to work or thinking about a change in career.Useful strengths include:- confidence with numbers time management attention to detail ability to problem solve
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
