What the college says
The course includes the study of how both anatomical and physiological knowledge and exercise and sport physiology is applied to physical performance. Within this area is also the study of biomechanics including technology in sport. Students also look at skill acquisition and sports psychology and as with all areas of the course link theory to practical examples from sport and physical activity.
