Classical Civilisation A Level gives you an understanding of some of the oldest and most engaging literature and art ever produced. You will gain a deep insight into the Greek and Roman world, from which sprang much of European thought and art, and which underlies our modern cultural outlook.

What you need to get on

For an A Level programme of study, we require students to have a range of at least five to seven GCSE passes at grade 5 or higher, including a minimum of a 4 in English and Mathematics, but students must also satisfy the minimum entry criteria for A Level Classical Civilisation below.
