What the college says

A Level in Art. This is a course for creative-minded students who are keen to develop not only painting and drawing skills but also the expressive possibilities of photography, digital media and film-making. Advancements in technology in the last decade have broken down old boundaries between traditional and new creative disciplines. Fine Art can now mean many things; an ipad can be used to draw and paint as effectively as a pencil and a brush. Photoshop is a brilliant method of collage/layering images. Traditional drawing and painting techniques are just as important as they?ve always been, but so too are these new approaches to creative image-making.
