This course encourages students to develop their interest in English Literature through reading widely, critically and independently. Texts range across centuries, genre and gender and stretch the imagination.

What you need to get on

For applicants who wish to study 3 A levels and an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) they will require an Attainment 8 Score of 60pts to include at least a Grade 5 in Mathematics and English Language. A minimum of a Grade 6 is required in the subject to be studied at A level. For applicants who wish to study 4 A levels they will require an Attainment 8 Score of 68pts to include at least a Grade 5 in Mathematics and English Language. A minimum of a Grade 6 is required in the subject to be studied at A level.
