You need to enjoy literature - this course requires students to engage with a lot of independent reading, discussion of texts and analytical writing.

What you need to get on

Grade 76 in English Language and English Literature (the 7 can be in either language or literature). As well as these specific requirements you will also need to meet the general entry requirements for the Sixth form - please see website for further details.

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
