Business is a dynamic subject in which students will learn about the diverse nature of business enterprise and the interdependence of component parts of the business world. They will explore business success and failure, local, national and global markets, and how businesses adapt and respond strategically to changing environments. This constant evolutionary process makes business a fascinating subject.

What you need to get on

5 GCSE at grade 5 or above. Students must have achieved grade 5 or above in Maths and English. Students do not have to have studied Business Studies before. However, if students taken the subject at GCSE, they must have achieved at least a C grade.

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
