The course represents a new and innovative approach to advanced Biology, one that reflects the extraordinary growth in the subject at a higher level and recent advances in research. The course is is delivered through eight real-life contemporary topics that include cardiovascular disease, genomes and genetic disease, developmental biology, forensics, ecology, sports science and neuroscience. During the course you will develop practical and study skills. You will be learning about and applying key ideas and concepts in new and different contexts.

Average GCSE grade 4.5. Grade 4 in English Language, Grade 4 in English Literature. Combined Science 6,6, Triple Science 6,6,5 and Maths 6
