This course is suitable for anyone with basic computer skills, i.e. using a keyboard, mouse or laptop touch pad and can save files and folders with confidence. If you are completely new to computers, please look at our Windows PC Digital Skills & Confidence – Stage 1 first. If you are using Apple Mac products such as iBooks or iPads, please look at our range of Apple Mac & iPad courses. If you can confidently answer yes to all the questions below, then this is the course for you. • Can you confidently create and name a folder, save a file, and then find it again? • Do you know the difference between a left click and a right click with a mouse? • Do you know the difference between a browser and a search engine? • Can you confidently find a file on your computer and attach it to an email? • Can you confidently add and delete an app to your start menu and task bar? • Do you understand copyright law when using images in documents? As our courses are taught in English, please contact us if you have any concerns about your level of English.
