Walk & Talk for Wellbeing 10 x 2 hour sessions Community Course This course is for any adult family member or carer who would like to develop their confidence, learn hints and tips on ways to be healthier in mind and body and build on skills learnt to have the confidence to apply for jobs, will enjoy this course. On this course learners will learn how to enhance their life and the wellbeing of their family members. They will develop greater awareness of their health and feel better and more confident. We will share lots of ways to communicate better and look after our mental health. This 10-session course combines wellbeing and communication skills with walking your way to health. This is a face to face course where you’ll learn together and take part in practical group activities, all in a relaxed and friendly environment.
