The primary outcome of the VTCT Level 1 Diploma in Hairdressing is to prepare you to progress to the next level of vocational learning. All the units within this qualification directly relate to the hairdressing industry. With further progression as well as the skills and qualification gained on this course, in time you will be able to work as a fully qualified Hairdresser either for a business or self-employed.

How you are assessed

Two-year technical qualification with a 45-day industry placement. Equivalent to three A levels.
