Being in control of a career change or shift in role is perfectly possible, but you need to plan carefully and are prepared to put in time and effort. This course offers you the support and toolkit to make this possible. This course is over two 2-hour sessions, spread over 2 weeks.

What you need to get on

To be eligible for this course you must be aaged 19 or over on the start of the course. You will need a sound working knowledge of IT systems such as Word, Zoom & Outlook. You will need to complete an Initial assessment for English & maths (BKSB) to enrol on this course.
