Games design, animation and VFX are amongst the fastest growing industries in the creative sphere in the UK generating over £5 billion in revenue a year. There are over six hundred production studios in London alone. This programme will enable you to make full use of all media contexts and possibilities and will unleash your creativity through a broad range of technical tools and resources. Our curriculum is highly practical. You will be able to experiment with new and emerging forms of game design, animation techniques and visual effects asset creation using contemporary software. As a result of these specialist skills you will form the backbone of a creative and dynamic cohort that supports each other in achieving excellence both collaboratively and individually. You will learn about 3D modelling and animation software, game design principles, After Effects motion graphics, animation and masking, 3D digital sculpting, texturing, game engines, compositing, green screening and general asset creation. The programme will help you apply these skills in the design of narratives, characters and worlds. Learn techniques to produce immersive interactive media experiences,explore physical and virtual model making and collaborate with our printmakers, fine art painters, illustrators, fashion designers and coding artists. What you need to get on

You will need four GCSEs of 4 or above including English or Maths. If you are under 19 and are yet to achieve your GCSE English or maths at grade 4 you will be provided with the opportunity to study these. This is an important and mandatory requirement of your Study Programme and non attendance will result in withdrawal.
