This course is designed as a first step into the area of media production and can act as a useful introduction to those wishing to work on practical based media courses at a further or higher level. The courses emphasis is on practical creative digital media production including film and moving image, photography, music and foley sound production and some elements of animation. The course may also include theoretical elements such as design theory, branding and brand design or script writing for screen or documentary.
