What the college says
This course has been designed to introduce you to a range of creative study in painting and drawing, graphic design, illustration, sculpture and print making. You can also complete GCSE qualifications in English and maths. This course aims to help you gain the all-round skills needed to progress to Levell 3 study in fine art and creative media or fashion retail study.
What you need to get on
You will need: - Evidence of previous creative work in any of the following: visual art, drawing, painting, printmaking. All at an appropriate level - 4 GCSEs at Grade 2-3
How you are assessed
One subject in depth, assessed largely through coursework and projects.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
