This course is designed to be both fun and enjoyable. You will be introduced to traditional art and design skills of Drawing and Painting and learn about the work of practicing artists. It is designed to support students into education within a large, busy college through a nurturing and supportive approach.

What you need to get on

You will need to achieve 4 GCSEs including English and Maths Grades 3-1 (formerly GCSE Grades D-G) or the successful completion of a Foundation Entry Level 3 qualification and have achieved an Entry Level 3 Functional Skill in English and Maths. We would also require a portfolio of current artwork. This could be examples of drawings, paintings, sculpture, photography, textiles, design etc...

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
